For the Elite Plan, simply give us a call whenever you have a problem or would like to take advantage of your home repair discount. We will schedule a time that works for you to come out and take a look! Any repairs that need to be made are given the 15% member discount.

Renewal: Your service plan renews automatically each month if you choose to pay on a monthly basis and yearly for yearly contracts. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance, with the opportunity to opt out.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Service Plan by emailing info@davishvachome.com with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate your Service plan for non-payment or if we determine the covered property is unsafe. For both cancellations and terminations, you are responsible to pay for any difference in the cost of services already rendered.
